We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice. We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I love being part of an amazing team, all of us helping patients achieve their best, most healthy smile. I’ve been with the practice since 1995 and treasure the friendships with our patients and my coworkers. As a Lab Tech, I sterilize all our instruments and order supplies. As for my personal life, I love being a Grandma!
I’m passionate about patient care and education. I enjoy helping patients figure out financially how they can complete their recommended treatment. I have been a part of the team since 1991 and love how our doctors strive for excellence in dentistry. I answer insurance questions, set up financial arrangements, and manage accounts receivable, billing, and insurance tracking. I have completed many continuing education courses in Risk/Practice Management, Medical and Dental coding and I have completed my Ambassador training with AADOM (American Association of Dental Office Managers) and am a current AADOM Member. My time off is spent with my wonderful husband and two amazing children.
I enjoy building relationships with people and encouraging each to improve their oral and overall health. I started with the practice in 1974 and love being part of the lives of so many wonderful people! While I clean a patient’s teeth and perform periodontal therapy, I educate my patients. I want them to understand why it’s important to keep their mouth healthy and get them excited about it! Outside of work, I love spending time with my grandchildren here in Alaska and also in California. I enjoy skiing, running, biking, and traveling whenever I can.
I like to meet new people and build relationships with them. We serve a great community and I’m glad to help improve each person’s smile and their lives. I started working here in 2013 and have definitely found my dental family! I seat patients, prepare them to see the doctor, and explain what will happen during their procedure. When we’re done, I offer home care directions and answer their questions. When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my boyfriend, Andy, and our young son, Jackson. We love time outdoors, exploring Alaska!
I enjoy helping people take control of their smile’s health. Seeing someone become excited about brushing and flossing makes me smile! I started here as a Dental Assistant in 1996 and became a Hygienist in 2008. Working with patients, I take X-rays, clean teeth, and teach patients about their unique dental concerns. Seeing a healthy smile at a recall visit always makes me smile. During my time off, I enjoy being with my three kids, granddaughter, and my furry kid, too. I like reading, watching movies, and Alaskan summers.
I enjoy visiting with our patients and hearing their latest news. Each person is important to all of us and we want everyone to know they’re valued. I joined the team in 1996 and am grateful to serve our wonderful community. I answer the phones, collect co-pays, file charts, and help patients find appointment times that work with their busy lives. When away from the office, I enjoy time with my family, especially at the ocean.
I joined the practice in 1984, and am very thankful for the wonderful friendships I’ve made with my patients and their families over the years. It’s essential that people know how important their oral health is in relation to keeping their optimum overall health in shape. It’s my job to prevent disease by educating and motivating. I provide gentle cleanings, periodontal therapy, radiographs and intra oral photography and local anesthesia for patient comfort. I love my profession but I also love to play! I stay active, with yoga, tennis, golf, hiking, biking, kayaking and skiing. Most of all, being with family and friends make me smile. The best compliment that I could receive is a referral from a friend.
I am glad to spend my days helping people improve their dental and overall health. I’m relatively new to our dental family and am enjoying meeting our incredible patients. Working one-to-one with patients, I clean teeth, screen for oral cancer, and review treatment. Most of my time with a patient is spent teaching them about their oral health and how they can care for their smile at home. During my downtime, I enjoy horseback riding, needlepoint, reading, and making cards. I was born and raised in the Fairbanks / North Pole area and am glad to be helping my friends and neighbors develop healthy smiles they love.
